How it works

• Our comprehensive sleep guides are available immediately via download
• After submitting your in-depth intake questionnaire (this will take you approx 15mins) our team will reach out within 24hrs to schedule your initial phone consultation
• After your initial phone consultation, 2 weeks of support with your dedicated consultant commences
• Diaries are analysed as required
• A follow up call will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant as your time with us comes to an end
• 2 follow up emails are available to be used at your discretion within 3 months of the finishing up call
